Is there anyway I can listen to music from my iPhone in an older car?

Yes you can get a 12 volt Bluetooth adapter, it plugs into the cigarette lighter thing in your car.
An fm adapter is good, but you have to find an unused frequency, and as you drive around you might hear stations on that frequency. You can use a cassette adapter if your car has a working cassette player.

I use an FM modulator. It works beautifully with no static or interference. If you old car has a cassette player, you can use a cassette adapter. Those are cheap and work well, those some present mechanical noise.
