Older Pioneer car audio system?
I got an older car and it has a Pioneer MOSFET 50wx4, Is there anyway of playing music from an iPhone or iPod through it? There's no slot for a USB or AUX cord that I can see
Can you provide a model number? Should be printed on the faceplate, and will probably start with "DEH". ("MOSFET 50x4" could be just about any Pioneer head unit in the last ten years or so).
No that model was prior to USB or IPod use. You will have to buy a newer system to be compatible.
- Why does my Pioneer car deck skip? I have a DEH-X6500BT. When I use it for Pandora, it doesn't skip, but when I plug my iPhone into it (or use the bluetooth connectivity) it will start playing a song for a while (usually around a minute and thirty seconds), and then I hear a whoosh, the song gets muffled, and it skips to the next song. What's up with this?
- Problem with my Pioneer stereo system in my car? I have a Pioneer stereo system in my RAV4.It works great with the radio and with CDs, but when I have my iPhone plugged into the auxiliary input, the sound only comes out of the right side. I have replaced the cable several times so I know my cable isn't the problem. I've also tested other devices, so I know it's not just my phone either. Anyone know what the problem is? Any help is appreciated!
- Pioneer DEH-2400UB car stereo, iphone accessibility? I've been watching some reviews online, and it seems as if everyone is using a specialised cable to plug their iphones or ipods in that isn't the standard one you get from apple, i was wondering if you can jus simply plug the standard one that apple gave you into the stereo and if that will work?
- IPhone Music app doesnot work with car audio bluetooth system but Google Map works? I have iPhone 3GS which have google map app, it works fine with car audio bluetooth system. I could here turn by turn direction in car speaker. But why music app does not work the same way? Any clue. My Car is 2009 Camry LE which have A2DP support
