Is there anyway to soft-reset iphone without itunes or password?
Long story short, the home button doesn't work so can't put it into dfu mode for reset. Is there a (safe) third party software that will bypass the passcode and restore it without having to authorize the computer with the iphone?
Nope. Get your home button fixed and then you can restore your phone in DFU mode.
