Is this a SCAM? Anyone ever got this from a job?

Hello (my Name), I'm replying in regards to the open position you were interested in. We feel that you will be a good candidate to work for our company and we want to hire you. You will be given a raise after 30 days of employment with us. After you have worked for us for 90 days you will have the option for full benefits and receive 1 week paid vacation. Your duties will be to work with our foreman and to do various labor tasks. We ask that you report to work on time at 7 am. You will work 40 hours per week Monday thru Friday. Occasionally you will be asked to work overtime especially since we're always busy during May and June.

All of our employees are required to have a company phone which is the iPhone 5 because other phones move slower and are outdated. You will be expected to bring your company iPhone to work everyday you can take it home but please be careful with it around kids or pets you may have. Your iPhone 5 will be delivered to you by Fed EX. To receive your iPhone 5 in 48 hours you must follow these instructions. You must go to the company that provides our employees with free iPhone's website. Please follow the steps below once you are one the website.

Step: 2 Answer the questions then click the continue button.

That is a fishing scam. No company gives out property before you fill out a W2.

Without a doubt, that is a scam.

It's a scam to get you to buy the iPhone. Most likely that website they linked to would ask for your credit card number for "verification purposes only", and then you would get charged for the phone or possibly many other things.

No workplace will require you to have a specific phone, and if they do they should be the one to supply it.
