Is this considered petty theft or robbery charge?
1) steal someone's stuffed animal then beat them up and run off
2) someone is jogging in the park and six to eight people approach him start laughing at him finally starts to get violent by punching in the face giving him cuts and a black eye and broken nose then demand his money steal his iPhone then takeoff running with that persons iPhone
