Is this craigslist add a scam?
I found this add on eastern KY craigslist

If you can't pay through paypal (who guarantee your money) I wouldn't do it.
You do realize that the interest rates are going to be enormous. Those are just down payments, not the final price. With the financing that phone is going to cost you over $1000. The 12 month lease will be $69 down then $100/month for 12 months. Notice how they don't give you the total price you'll have to pay?
I would never buy a phone unless it was either direct from the manufacturer, from a large retailer like Best Buy or from a phone company as part of a contract
Kitty is right, those arent prices but just how much you pay up front, then pay the rest later.

- If a buyer e-mails you on Craigslist asking you to text them, is this a scam? I received a response for a coffee table I had up for sale. The buyer mentioned the coffee table in the response but asked me to text them. I could not find scams related to this when I searched but wanted to make sure. It appears the reply was sent from an iPhone.
