Is this eBay product/seller a scam?

I know its a fake iPhone (goo phone) but I'm wondering if I buy it they won't just not send me anything or send me something other than what is listed.
If they don't send what they're advertising, contact eBay and they'll give you your money back. Why would you want a fake iPhone any way?
You get what you pay for. Not being cliche here. If the product is not as described you can contact the seller for a refund. EBay if the sell doesn't cooperate.
- What's the difference from an OEM product and an original product? I need a new charger for my iPhone and I don't know if I should go buy an OEM charger from eBay or go buy an actual apple charger from Walmart that's going to be way more expensive. Since OEM is basically the same thing without retail packaging, would there be a difference in quality?
- Seller on Craigslist wants to ship product? I found an iphone wanted to buy off of the seller which was a local listing. After I contacted the seller he said he had moved to another state and would have to ship the phone to me. He wants to go through PayPal but I'm not sure if I should forget about it or if its safe.
- Is this apple product I'm trying to buy from Amazon.com a scam? I'm planning to buy a digital av adapter from amazon, and I'm wondering if it is a scam because although the product says "by Apple" it's sold by xsforu. And something Fanszone. http://www.amazon.com/...008ZRQNGK/ Do you think it's okay to buy?
