Is this gonna work for my new iPhone?

So I have a question about iPhones and SIM cards and iCloud backups and other stuff… So my old iPhone 5s broke and now I use my iPad so when i connected my iCloud to my iPad all of my photos and videos went to my iPad that I had in my phone and now I'm getting a new iPhone so the chip that I took out of my old iPhone I'm gonna put it in my new iPhone and use my iCloud so when I do that is all of my pictures and messages that I had on my old phone and on my iPad gonna go to my new phone?

As soon as you connect to iCloud, you can access all the photos on your new iPhone. When I got an iPhone, all the photos I took with my iPad and iPod touch transferred to my iPhone. Same when I got a new iPod, all the photos were accessible. Since they all also transferred to my macbook, I saved them all to DVD, so I could erase all the photos to make room for new ones.

Firstly, even if you take chip from old iPhone, you can't move the stored pictures or videos to your new iPhonem because the chip is connected with motherboard. So there's no need to take old chip to your new iPhone.
Secondly, the latest backup of pictures and videos on your iCloud can gonna to yuor new iPhone if you use iCloud recovery. But before that, do not add new pictures or videos on your new iPhone. You can login in iCloud offical web to see your backup information, so that you can confirm if all teh data are necessary.
Last one, if you can't make sure if all pictures and videos from old iPhone and iPad are safe to gonna to your new iPhone. You can also download a transfer tool from webs. FoneTrans is good. You can download a free trial to have a try in case.
