It it possible to Flash an iPhone 4 from Sprint to Metro?

I'm thinking about getting an iphone 4 from someone and its current carrier is sprint and i want to know if you can make it metro

You can't.
Those two are way different.
MetroPCS is a GSM carrier and uses SIM cards, while Sprint is CDMA and wirelessly locks the phone, so there's no way to unlock the phone, even to another CDMA carrier like Verizon.
The iPhone 4 you have is locked to Sprint and doesn't have a SIM slot to insert an MetroPieceOfSh! T (aka MetroPCS) card into.
