Itlsv.exe keylogger / virus?

Noticed this running in my processes shortly after accepting a random java update when I visited a website, haven't seen any other information on it? When it was running my mouse would move quite slowly and freeze for a split second at times, soon as I ended the process computer was running fine? Typing this off my iPhone not touching computer till scan is complete

Yes

Yes it is virus, scan it with free avast.

Find the file on your drive then send it to https://www.virustotal.com/...stotal.com
It will be scaned by all major antivirus software, you will now if it is a virus or not.

Don't accept software from random websites, and if you're going to use the net that way use a sandbox.

Switch off System Restore as it can be infected. Go to Start - programs - accessories - system tools - system restore.
Download, install, update and run all these in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode, restart your pc and repeatedly press F8 as it restarts. Some malware consists of 2 files and one will re-instate the other if it is removed. Safe Mode stops this.

Sandboxie

A sandbox creates a virtual partition on your hard drive and ghosts your os on to it. Nothing in the sandbox can move outside of the partition unless you want it to. Sandboxie will give you a desktop icon for a sandboxed web browser that looks like a slice of pizza. Double click that and your browser will open. Close the browser and everything is deleted.
