Itunes says I have no memory?
I deleted tonns of music off my iTunes, and when I decided to sync my iPhone, it told me I didn't have enough memory - even though I was syncing less stuff than what was already on the device.
I originally had about 1000 photos synced to my iphone from my laptop, which I removed. I have around 2000 pictures on my iphone, but it's telling me I'm syncing 3000. I've deleted about all the photos I can bare to and it's still telling me I need an extra 4GB. When I'm sinking and I look at the bar telling me what is taking up memory, it says I have 14GB free - but yet I'm still getting an error saying it can't sync because I need 4GB of memory freed up.
Basically I have deleted alot of stuff, and it's saying I have less memory now, that before I deleted the stuff.
Can anyone help or advise?
What your saying doesn't make sense. Your doing something wrong I would ask a friend to come help you.
- My iPhone says that 7gb of memory are taken up by photos? I only have 161 photos and 29 videos (all average 3 minutes long) in my camera roll. I don't understand how it's taking up that much space.
- My iPhone says it's low on memory? I just got my broken iPhone replaced with a new one and I have 300 pictures on it and 5 apps and no music yet and it says it's low on memory? It's so low it won't do the update! It's a 16 GB phone and it says I've used 12.9GB in Settings>General>Usage>Storage I just don't see how that's possible!
- My iPhone 4s says I'm using more memory than I believe I'm. Why? I'm trying to get the new update for my iPhone 4s and it says that I do not have enough storage space because it requires 2.5 GB of storage room. I look at my individual usage and I'm not anywhere close to my maximum storage capacity. I do not know why this is happening.
- Itunes says I have more apps than I actually have? ITunes says that I have 2.2 GB of apps on my iphone, when in reality I only have 12 apps, about 200 MB. I deleted more apps, and it STILL says I have 2.2 GB… How can I get it to go down?
