Itunes won't back up iPhone 5! (Screenshot included)
I have a black iPhone 5 64GB. And i'm trying to back it up and then i want to update to ios 6.1.4. But when i try it says there's a problem.

Try backing it up via Wi-Fi. Open up iTunes. Put your phone on charge via socket not USB. Got to settings. General. You will see iTunes Wi-Fi sync.iTunes should pick up your phone. Just click sync now once it's detected your phone. That should work
- Will Apple replace my iPhone under the included 1 year warranty? I bought my iPhone 6s Plus just 1 month or 2 ago. Well last night i plugged my phone in to charge and it wasn't registering that the charger was plugged in. I left it plugged in and today I woke up to see that not only did it not charge but my phone had lost power. I'm assuming that this is a problem with the charging port. I've tried 3 other Apple chargers and none of them work.
- Why won't my iphone screenshot the cracks on my phone? I cracked my phone really bad today and I'm trying to take a screenshot of the cracks to put it on Instagram, but every time I screenshot like the cracks don't even show up in the picture! Is something wrong with my screenshot? Has anyone else had this problem!
- What's included with a Verizon 2 year contract? I was looking into getting a new phone, and Verizon has the iPhone 4s for 99 dollars with a 2 year contract. How does the 2 year contract work? Would you get unlimited Talk text and Data? And how much would it be a month? I saw somewhere that it said $40 but that's a deal you can only find on Metro PCS
- What programs do I use to make photos like this? (pics included)? So I want to know how to turn normal pictures into pictures like these with and iPhone app or even a computer program I know about photoshop and I have photoshop but I have no idea how to use it.
