ITunes won't let me restore iPhone 4?
A few days ago i dropped my iphone off a bridge and onto a duel carriage way when i went down to get it, it was shattered. Today i went to get it fixed and when i went to get it back they said all you need to do now is go home and restore it and it will come on but i have tried several times now to restore it and it keeps saying something like can't restore iPhone due to an unknown problem then a (1) next to it… Could somebody please help as i can't get my iPhone to come on with out it being restored.
Go in google and get the apple number, call it, and have a worker walk you through it so they can figure out the problem
- Why won't iTunes let my iPhone go into iTunes? My brother put a password on my iPhone, and he forgot it. I, stupidly, tried a whole bunch of passwords to see if I could get it, and not my phone is disabled. I tried connecting it to iTunes to get it undisabled so I can restore my phone, but it keeps saying I need to put in the password in order for me do get onto iTunes. This happen to anybody else? Can somebody Please help me!
- Why won't itunes let me download songs onto my iphone? Ok so i used youtube converter to convert a 3 minute song and usually it always works but anyway, i got it downloaded onto itunes but when i try and drag it to the devices section where my iphone information is, it won't let me, it just has a red circle with a line through it. - When you restore an iphone from itunes backup does it restore messages? I need to restore my iPhone 4S in iTunes, will I lose my messages or will it leave the messages from my most recent back up?
- My iTunes won't let me drag songs and put them on my iPhone? I just broke my iPhone and activated a new one tonight, when I drag a song from my library it does not go on to my phone or even show that it is with the song and the green + sign it used to work fine how can I fix this?
