Jailbreaking a downgraded ios iphone?

I downgraded my iphone from 7.0.2 to 6.1.3. But I can't figure out how to jailbreak it now.

both redsnow and snowbreeze didn't work.am I doing something wrong?

Jailbreaking IOS 6.1.3 on iPhone 4S? I know that apples new software update has ruined evasi0n and I don't want to use redsn0w because its tethered so what I need to know is is there a way to jailbreak IOS 6.1.3 untethered or any other way for me to install cydia, I know chances are slim as the new software update is only 3 days old but any answers will help.
