Jailbreaking IOS 6.1.3 on iPhone 4S?

I know that apples new software update has ruined evasi0n and I don't want to use redsn0w because its tethered so what I need to know is is there a way to jailbreak IOS 6.1.3 untethered or any other way for me to install cydia, I know chances are slim as the new software update is only 3 days old but any answers will help.

No, because apple has made IOS 6.1.3 for a reason. And that reason is to try and banned all jailbreak through IOS 6.1.3 they made sure that EVasi0n the jailbreaking successfull towards ios 6- ios 6.1.2 has not been able to crack the ios 6.1.3 updated flatform so their trying to jailbreak possibily ios 7 cuz i think thats when apple makes their move on software updates. If you do update to ios 6.1.3 you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO JAILBREAK EVER AGAIN! So NO! THERE ISN'T A Way TO JAILBREAK your 4S TO IOS 6.1.3!
