Jailbroken iphone resetting all setting?

I hab a jailbroken iphone gevey unlocked of bb 2.10, verson 4.1. On resetting all setting my jailbroken twicks disapperd and my iphone started running in safe mode. On clicking on exit safe mode and restarting, my iphone is still running in the safe mode. How can i exit safe mod and get all of my jailbroken twicks working
