Keep my current tmobile sim card?
I have a jailbroken and unlocked iphone 3g with tmobile and its firmware is at 4.1 and some apps that i want are for firmware 4.2 and up. I know how to update it and jailbreak it and re unlock it. My concern is after i re jailbreak it and re unlock it. Will i still be able to use my current tmobile sim or will i have to change my number and get a new sim card since i took the unlock off the phone?
You should be able to still use your sim card.
- Will I be able to transfer my contract from a regular Sim card to a Micro Sim card? I want to buy an iPhone 4S on T-mobile, but my current T-mobile sim card is a regular one that would not fit in to the iPhone 4S. Would I be able to somehow move my contract on to the new Micro Sim?
- Will cutting my sim card work to use as a micro sim card? I just ordered an iPhone 4 and I need to cut the sim card to make it a Micro sim. Will it affect it. I have seen a bunch of video and already have the template it for it. I'm using simple mobile. Do you know if anything wrong happen to it?
- Use current phone SIM card to activate old iCloud locked phone? I found my old iPhone 6 and I have a new iPhone 6. I don't know where the Sim card is for my old one. Can I use the same card from my current iPhone 6 and put it in my old iPhone 6 to activate it and then take it out? After I activate it will I be able to take out the Sim card and put it back the my current phone and have two WORKING phones (one with out and with SIM card) without it deactivating or messing up my current phone?
- Changing from normal sim card to iPhone 4 sim card? I'm an AT&T customer with a smart phone. I'm wanting to buy an iPhone 4 but I know they take smaller sim cards than normal phones. If I buy an iPhone from an individual, can I take it to AT&T and have them give me a smaller sim card & transfer my information? Would I have to pay extra for it? Is it even possible?
