Laptop won't stay connected to Wi-Fi?

I'm using Windows 7 and the Wi-Fi has recently been screwy. In my room, I have a relatively weak signal (2-3 bars), but it has always worked flawlessly in the past. My iPhone is also connected and works fine. I don't know what's happened, but now it will only be connected for a few minutes then say "no internet access". If I move closer to the router and the signal is strong, then it works and holds the connection. But I don't want to sit next to the router to use my laptop, I want to lay in bed and watch Netflix…

What's suddenly caused my laptop to not be able to hold this relatively weak connection? How can I fix it?

Your router must not have a strong connection. What you can you is this, if you have an antenna like the one you use for a remote control car or something, you put the in the router instead of the one it came with, then just pull it long and the connection will be stronger. Hope this helped you, i had the same problem

You can try to use extender or booster, you can try to turn your laptop into another hotspot to increase Wi-Fi signal, and you just need to free download My Wi-Fi Router software. • Why won't my Wi-Fi stay connected on my iPhone? Everyone in my house has an iPhone. My phone is the only phone that constantly disconnects from the Wi-Fi every 10-15 minutes. I tried resetting the network and everything.
  • Why won't my iPhone 5s connect/stay connected to my Wi-Fi? I have reset phone back to factory settings. I have reset network settings. It connects briefly then disconnects and says it can't join network. It's recently started telling me I have an incorrect password (I'm typing it correctly) Both my laptop and tv are having no problems connecting. Hopefully someone can help me out. I won't be able to go into Verizon until the weekend. And if it's something I can fix on my own, I would rather do so.
  • Why won't my iPhone 4S stay connected to Wi-Fi? Every time I'm connected to Wi-Fi and then lock my screen the Wi-Fi isn't connected anymore. So then I have to go to setting and reconnect every time. How can I stay connected to Wi-Fi even when I lock my screen.
  • My Wi-Fi on my iPhone won't stay connected for more then 2 minutes? I own an iPhone4s, The bill hasn't been paid in two months. I can't keep a page open for any longer then 2 minutes, it will then stop loading and refuses to load anything else. I try refreshing the page, the only way the page will load again is if I disconnect and reconnect my Wi-Fi. This becomes a nuisance when you have to do this at least once every minute. Anywhere else where I'm connected to Wi-Fi it is fine, it's just at home. What's wrong with it? How do I fix it?
