Locked iPhone don't know password?

My daughter went missing in 2012. I just recently came across her iPhone 4, I think that is was it is. I know it's an iPhone. I still pay the bill for it each month. I tried calling apple and they said hook it up to iTunes. I tried my daughter s birthday, her favorite year. What are some ideas I can try. I really need into her phone. I want to see it. The phone company never would give me her phone records and the police refused to request it. My daughter was 15. A baby. She deserves justice. She is still missing and I wish so much to open that phone, if only to see her pictures. I just don't want to permanently lock the phone on accident.

Best of luck to you… There's so many videos on YouTube on how to hack through easily. I don't know if they work but they're worth a try. Gosh, I hope the best.

I think the phone connpany should be able to help you with that

Unfortunately, for security & theft protection, Apple have made it totally impossible to bypass the phone passcode.

The "official" way of removing it is to reset (erase) the phone and restore your last backup…

Remember all the "FBI sues Apple" stuff a couple of years ago - that was the FBI wanting to get past the PIN passcode on a criminals iphone, as even they (FBI) could not do it.

If you do have a computer with a backup saved on it, you can use "ibackupbot" to look at the content of that without doing anything with the phone.

Or, this tool can supposedly do some level of backing up / copying content from the phone even if it is locked?
(Not tested it myself).
