Looking for an exercise app?
I need an app for iPhone that is good for motivating at home exercise. I don't have much equipment and I would love to exercise while watching tv. Any good suggestions?

- What's the best activity/sleep/exercise tracking wristband I can get for the $? In trying to lose weight and get in better shape. I've always liked gadgets and know there are a bunch of bracelets / wristbands that track your sleeping, calories, activity and exercise. I only have $100 to spend.It'd be cool if it could synch with and Android smartphone because that's what I have. I know some synch with iPhones. I know Nike makes one but its expensive and I've heard bad things. Can anyone suggest anything?
