What holder will you have? AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile? I know if you log onto the AT&T website you could buy an iphone 4 for 1$ with a two year contract

I just tried ordering a iphone5s on the tmobile website and when I got approved it said the down payment was $300, and the monthly bill was going to be $14.50 plus taxes. Why is it so low? I have no credit history so I get the down payment but not the monthly charge. Would you take this offer or pass?
