Looking to become an Apple Technician?

I will be turning 18 at the end of this month and would like to get some information on becoming an Apple Technician. I have been refurbishing iPhone's and iPod's since i was about 14 years old so I have some experience but wouldn't consider myself a professional. Could anyone guide me as to what training I will need in order to become a technician? I would like to open up my own shop one day and repair iOS products. Also if I'm not even looking in the right direction, please guide me where to go. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I assume you mean working in the Apple stores (which I heard is actually a really good job, especially if you get to full time employee there). I would definitely use that to your advantage, thats good information to tell them in an interview. The best thing is be professional, you need to be good with people, good speaking and know iOS very well. All that means less training they would need to do with you so that puts you ahead of many others.
