Messed up activating iPhone 5?

I was supposed to use the new SIM card numbers but i used the numbers from my old SIM card and it won't let me inactivate the phone to try it over. Any ideas on how to fix it because my phone has no service until i can get it fixed.thanks

Added (1). When you are changing from the iPhone 4 to the iPhone 5, you have to register your phone on the service companies website. I needed to take the numbers from the sim card in my iPhone 5 and use those to register it but i accidentally used the sim card numbers from my iPhone 4. The iPhone 5's sim card is smaller so you can't replace them

What do you mean SIM card numbers? All you have to do is just insert the sim card and go on with your activation. All i can say is go to a computer, get itunes (if you don't), plug in your phone, and click on restore. That will restore your phone to the factory settings. Put in your new sim card, and proceed.

  • Why isn't my iphone 3GS activating? Ok, so my iPhone 3GS was unlocked on 5.1.1, and it was jailbroken. I wanted to factory unlock it, so it will be 6.0.1 and still unlock. When the people said my unlock was ready, they told me to update it to 6.0.1. When I tried setting it up and activate it, it won't work. It says we're unable to continue with your activation at this time. Any help would be appreciated.
  • Verizon iPhone 5 not activating? I received my new iPhone 5 today and it keeps saying that it isn't activating and to call the Verizon customer support number if the problem persists. Unfortunately it is after business hours and I can't call them until tomorrow. Is there anything that I can do to activate it now? It's recognizing Iphone 5 64gb phone, should I continue activating my phone with the recognized phone? Please help, i don't know what to do, like is this a big deal that it recognize my iphone as 64gb not 16?
