Missed my second day of work?
I'll be brutally honest. My iPhone alarm didn't go off this morning because it's dumb as ****. But yeah, I overslept and today would have been my second day. Am I going to be fired? I don't even feel like making excuses to my boss. It was just a real case of oversleeping. I actually like this job very much. So is there still hope for me if I just go in and tell the truth?
Yes, just tell the truths and explain the situation to him. Make sure he knows how much you love the job and make sure he knows it would never happen again…
Did you just decide to not go to work as you overslept or did you go into work late?
Most workplaces would fire you for being unreliable. Will yours? We can't answer.
Doesn't look good as an employee that can be relied on
if you need the job hopefully you won't get fired
So why didn't you go in quickly the moment you did wake up. You have used the faulty alarm as am excuse to miss a whole day. It would look better if you had hurried in and been very apologetic today, rather than skipping the whole day.
- Will I still receive missed imessages when I leave a Wi-Fi area? My iphone 4s currently has no service as in the phone is shut off. However, I still can send iMessages. My question is if I iMesssage someone and I leave the Wi-Fi area will I receive their response message when I find another Wi-Fi area or will I just never receive it?
- Will I receive all missed text messages once my service is back on? My parents temporarily cut off my phone service (AT&T iPhone). When they turn it back on, should I receive all missed texts from when it was off?
- Will Apple Retail Stores refill stock one day after launch day? If in any way an Apple Retail store runs out of stock after launch day of the new iPhone 6, is there any chance that by the next day there will be new stock already again? Or does sold out mean = sold out for a few weeks.
- Why do I receive text messages and missed calls on my old Iphone. How do I stop this? When someone calls me on my new phone, it shows up as "missed call from ___".It doesn't ring on my on my old phone, but after I answer the call on my new phone, it says missed call on the old phone, if that makes sense. I receive text messages from people on my old iphone as well. I use it as my iPod because it could drain the life out of my new phone, so I don't necessarily want to reset the entire phone. I have cellular data off and I'm with Verizon.
