Best MP3 player to replace my 160gb Ipod Classic
My Ipod Classic w/160gb has died as of yesterday. It was my trusted friend for over 6 years (got it in 2011) and now its gone. I had an emotional connection with that thing.
ANWAYS lol, i'm not really a big fan of the Ipod touch, there's too much going on and it feels like its just an iphone without the phone part. This is why I loved the Ipod classic, pure music/videos, sturdy, physical buttons instead of touch screen, easy to use. I also don't want the smaller ipods because I prefer something that I don't feel like ill break if it hits a wall.
My question is, is there another music player that has the sturdy feel of an ipod classic, has enough room for 3000+ songs, compatible with Itunes, budget friendly.im not looking to pay more than $200.

You will need to abandon iTunes as it only works with Apple products. There are many music managers available. Sony Media Go is similar. The music is compatible as long as it isn't protected content (.m4p).

- Opinion needed: tablet or mp3 player? Just needed opinions for this question. - I need a cheap MP3 player just for music? Since my Ipod died, I'm just looking for an MP3 player to takes its place until I get the new iPhone 5 or whatever. I'm looking at something really cheap as I'm short on money atm. It doesn't need to play videos or anything like that. Just play my music and podcasts. I used to have this mp3 player that looked like a flash drive and that worked pretty well. I don't know what those type of mp3's are called though and if you knew posting them below would help.
