My 5 week old pup eye is swolen?

I have a 5 day old puppy and her eye is swollen. My nephew was playing with my iPhone with a Otterbox case
and it fell on one of the puppy's and the next day we saw that her eye is really swollen. She always cries and it hurts her when it is touched. They are still new borns and I'm scared cause it looks painful. What can I do to get the swelling down, everything is closed do to a event.

Any reputable breeder would have had this puppy to the emergency vet long before now! Surely you know a dog's eyesight isn't anything to be fooling around with! Get it to the vet! No "event"' keeps the emergency vets closed. They're always open when regular vets are closed and in small towns, the vet leaves a contact number in case of emergency.

Keep her away from the other puppies (because it's painful and one of them could bump into it).

And get her to the vet. If everyone is closed, look up a emergency clinic in your area. They are typically either 24 hour clinics or are open on nights, weekends, holidays etc. Whenever the other clinics are closed.

She could have a number of different problems with her eye (or head trauma, resulting in her eye issue). Without seeing the puppy or doing a full physical exam it's difficult to rule things out concerning eyes. Either way, eye issues can turn serious quickly, she should be seen by a vet As soon as possible. They may even refer you to a pet ophthalmologist.
