My BBM isn't working after i got a top up?

I bought a ten pound top up yesterday and now my BBM messages isn't sending it only has a "X" where the Check sign is meant to be, how do i get it working again, and before anybody says anything, i do have an Apple phone, my Blackberry is just a back up phone that i also use incase my Iphone 4s breaks.

I downloaded itools: itools.cn/multi_lang_pc_download.htm Then downloaded the bbm ipa: qzal.net/01/2013-08/6cfd2d57601.zip Now I open itools, go to my apps on my phone and click install (top right) select the bbm ipa you just downloaded. but when i clicked itools nothing happened, what am i suppost to do after clicking itools? RESPONSIBLE ANSWERS ONLY, SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT They are DOING Please?

I left a group the other day but i'm still receiving push notifications for it but whenever I open up BBM there are no messages or groups that i'm a part of? How do i stop getting the notifications from it? Please not, I don't want to stop BBM notifications, just from the group i've left!
