My eyes are too tired?

My eyes just feel very tired I try sleeping but can't sleep. I've using iPhone for hours everyday to study for test. Is there anyway I can sort my eyes out. When I don't look at the phone for 30 minutes my eyes start tearing up?

  • Why do naps make me more tired? Whenever i take a nap, i will sleep for like 3-4 hours, but whenever i wake up, i'm twice as tired as i was before! Does anyone know why this would happen? What can i do or take that would help me wake up non-cranky-like and rested?
  • Why do I do this? I'm very very very tired yet I don't want to sleep? I want to sleep because I'm practically blinking and bobbing my head side to side like a drunken man but I just don't want to sleep. I watch tv or go on Facebook or play on my iPhone. And I'm starting to get dark circles. And as a guy I don't wear. Concealer or whatever
  • No matter how much sleep I get I'm always feeling tired? Okay, so diabetes does run in my family and so does "low iron" etc etc. But I can sleep for hours and still be tired.
  • My Eyes Gets Tired Whenever I Use iPhone I don't know why but recently when I use iPhone, my eyes become really tired. It wasn't like this before. Even when I watch tv. It's not like I'm using iPhone for a long time since this started happening. What should I do?
