My iMessage won't let me use my email address
When I try use my email for iMessage it says it is already in use. I used it previously on my iPhone 3GS but I haven't been able to use it on my iPhone 5.Is there any way to cancel the account from my 3GS and get iMessage on my iPhone 5?

Sounds like you have 2 Apple ID's
the old one - still attached to the email address
and a new apple ID
with a different email address
You will need to change the email address on the old Apple ID
(login to apple ID on apple site)

or just re-use that apple ID perhaps.
