My internet keeps going on and of?
For the past week our internet has been disconnecting and connecting every few minutes. Sometimes it disconnects for a few seconds, but sometimes for a few minutes, then it connects again. I've tried unplugging and resetting the router and sometimes it'll work for a few hours but then it'll go back to going on/off. My computer doesn't actually say that it's disconnected, but when I try to use the internet the "this page can't be displayed" message shows up. I know that it's not just my computer because the Wi-Fi on my iphone won't work either. This is getting really annoying because I take one of my college classes online and when it disconnects I have to start over on whatever lesson I was on.
There are numerous things that cause this.
1. Depending on how old the router or wireless adapter (if you have one) is, the signal will be weak. If you are using an adapter, I'd recommend getting a Wireless N grade adapter.
2. Objects such as walls (even thing walls), doors, tables, etc can block off wireless signals and cause packet loss within the packet transfer. This also applies to electrical devices if you have placed the router near it.
3. There's a possibility that you could be on a busy 'wireless channel'. You can get wireless channel sniffers and find the one that is least used. Changing your wireless channel (they are numbered) may help increase the signal strength. You can change the wireless channel within' your router settings if it allows it or you can contact your ISP and they can change it for you.

And the Wi-Fi on all of them keeps turning off for about 10-15 minutes and then comes back on. I have an IPhone 5se and when I'm using headphones the volume cuts out going up, plays, and then cuts out again and goes back down to where it originally was. It does this very randomly probably every minute or so. I don't think it's the headphones as I plugged them into my laptop to listen to something and it was fine. I'm less than a month into my new contract for the iphone 7 plus and the phone is already being faulty, the screen goes black more so when the phone is tilted to the side or when on some apps or games and the touchscreen also has become faulty, when locked i can't use the touchscreen at all i have to unlock it, and it also lags sometimes, i've been told to take it into my local O2 store, what exactly will they do replace it or fix it?
