My iphone 3gs keeps crashing, and now won't turn on

My iphone ran out of battery thismorning, and when it runs out of battery, i plug it in and the red low battery thing pops up, then after a while it turns to the apple logo and it seems to boot up. But it gets to a certain point and crashes again! And its stuck in a loop! Normally it takes all night before it comes back on, but its taken longer today, and i can't get it working!

My iPod does this a lot also. What I do is just shut it off manually by holding the lock button and the home button until you hear or see it shut off. Just leave it for a minute and then plug it back in. If it continues in the loop, try plugging it into your computer and resetting it. IT WILL DELETE EVERYTHING THOUGH so that would be a LAST RESORT.

  • My Iphone 5c keeps crashing and turning off by itself? I have had my Iphone for about 3 months now, I have only dropped my phone once and nothing happened (about a week ago). MY phone has only recently started crashing like every 15 minutes or so, It will turn off by itself, The screen will turn blue or start flashing colors. These colorful vertical lines will show up on my screen and then my screen will slowly fade away.

  • My iPhone 3gs phone keeps crashing The phone shuts completely off and won't turn back on. I will plug it to the charger but all I get is the apple logo flashing then sometimes the low battery indicator will appear. I always have to restore it in iTunes and then it works again but for only a short time before shutting off again. Also I have too put the phone in DFU mode to get my laptop to reconize it. What could be causing this? Is the battery old or is it the software?
