My iPhone 3GS will not connect to my laptop?
Okay, so My iPhone used to connect to my laptop every time I plugged it up. My computer crashed and I had to re download my iTunes, to this new version. I think its iTunes 11 or something, its the latest one. But after I did that, my computer will not find my phone. Has this happened to anyone? And if so, can anyone tell me how to fix it?
I had a similar issue, Itunes does not recognize the iphone when a service called "Apple Mobile Device" is not running, try to if you have windows, go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services, and look the "apple mobile device" service, right click on it and then Enable and set it up as automatic.
- Windows 7 Laptop will not import iPhone 3GS photos, but imports videos? I tried to import photos and videos from my 3GS using the import photos button built in to Windows 7. For some reason the photos will not import when I try, but the videos will. I get the message "The following error occurred while importing IMG_0003.JPG: The system can't find the path specified. What do you want to do? Try again, Skip this file, Skip all files with errors." The phone was unlocked and it still did not work.
- Why does my Wi-Fi connect to my ipad and iphone but not my laptop? My Wi-Fi on my laptop will say its connecting but then doesn't. It says my cord is broken or not plugged in but I've checked it and there's nothing wrong. My Wi-Fi connects fine to my iPad and iPhone. Not understanding why it won't connect to my laptop anymore.
- One laptop can connect to our home Wi-Fi network but no other devices can connect? We recently set up a wireless internet connection in our house. One laptop can connect to it (the one I'm currently on) but no other devices can connect to it. It says our "Network Security Key" is mismatched. I have tried typing in all the different codes on both the router and modem on both our second laptop and an iPhone 5. How can I fix this?
- My Wi-Fi won't connect on my laptop but will connect to my other devices (an iPhone and iPad)? I have a MacBook Air. Sometimes it does connect but other times it just won't. It takes ages connecting and then in the end comes up with the exclamation mark or is just blank. Is this a problem with my laptop? I've tried researching the problem but have found nothing.
