My iphone 3gs won't let me send pictures
My iPhone 3GS won't let me email or text pictures. Also, when i attach it to the computer and try to download the pictures from itunes, it says 'the file is not compatible' which i find really weird because i have done all of these things before and this is the first time i have ever had any trouble. What should I do?
I have an iPhone 4S, and I had the same problem. Apparently you have to turn on your 3G to send and receive pictures. Hope I helped.
BTW: to access 3G do the following:
Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data/ ON
You should see the 3G turn on next to your service provider. If you still see the Wi-Fi thingy, turn off your Wi-Fi and you'll see it.
- Why doesn't my Iphone let me send pictures to people without an Iphone? I can send pictures through imessage, but not through a normal text message. Even when I try to send pictures as a normal text to people with iphones, I still can't send it. I have unlimited texting, and my settings say MMS is on. It doesn't give me any error messages, it just shows up with a red exclamation point and under the picture it says "not delivered." Anyone know why?
- Why can't I send or receive pictures on my iPhone 3gs? My mom gave me her old 3gs after she got an upgrade, and I was able to send and receive pictures perfectly fine. I updated the firmware to 6.1.3 and now I can no longer send or receive pictures. I've tried everything I could, I've reset the settings, the network settings, restored the backup, etc. Pictures deliver fine over snapchat and other picture related apps, just not over mms. But i tried to go back to message and it won't let me. It tells me i hot 3 messges from my friend but i can't open them.
- New iPhone 6s+ won't let me send pictures to non iPhone users? I can send pictures just fine to anyone on iMessage but if they don't have it I can't. I use to have AT&T when I had my iPhone 5c and I could send pictures just fine. But now with my iPhone 6s+ with sprint I can't send them to anyone with a Samsung or basically anything not Apple. Help?! It's really frustrating considering not all my friends own iPhones.
