My iphone 4 battery dies way too fast?
I just got the phone yesterday and today the battery went down way too fast. I charged it last night and woke up to it having like 97%. Throughout the day the battery life would go down very fast. All i was doing on the phone was listen to music (not through Pandora or anything, just the regular way) every now and then. What can i do to make the battery life on my iPhone last longer?
You just install any battery saver software
Make sure you turn off location setting on your iphone. Only have it for map and tracking your phone. Also if you have emails on your phone have it set for self push. What that does is every time you click on that mail button it will get you new mail. If you don't do that the setting is where it updates your mail every hour or every 15 mins.
actually what you can do is on email settings have it set to push data to off. Also download battery saver. I just downloaded it and it tells me what to do.
It could be the new IOS6 update, which has been draining the battery on the iPhone 4 and 4s extremely fast. I would recommend taking the steps bellow, and see if they help.
1. Turn the brightness down: Turn it down to about 50-60%
2. Turn on auto-brightness
3. Close running apps(Double click home button, hold finger on one of the apps until they start to juggle, and press the closs in the right corner.
