My iphone 4 got wet but is still warm/hot and won't turn on what do i do?

My brother dropped it in the toilet and i don't know how long i was in there i don't know how to get my battery out but it is very weird cause it is still warm and kinda hot

Google how to remove the battery. Take the battery out and then place the phone inside a bag of rice to absorb all the moisture. It will take at least four or five days. After the rice has absorbed all the moisture, put the battery back in and power up. If it won't power up, charge the battery and try again to power up. If it won't power up with a charged battery, you will have to take the phone into the phone store and see if it can be saved.
