My iphone 4 got wet.can it be fixed?
Yesterday i was at school and my phone fell into a puddle of water. I grabbed right when it fell. I tried drying it with a towel and i found out the screen wouldnt turn on, but there was a bright light behind the pgone next to the camera. The only way it would turn off is if my phone died. I let my phone lay in rice overnight. I tried charging my phone this morning, but the screen won't go on. All the buttons work and so does the speaker. If i press the home and power button at the same time it would show a charging sign and then go off again. What should i do? Can it be fixed?
Keep it in rice longer.
To dry your cell phone take off any removable parts and put it in a bag of rice for at least 48 hours to absorb all the water.
Doesn't always work, but it's the best way.
I've got the same, and I've tried everything, but I can upgrade now so doesn't matter, unlucky, you can get them fixed for £60 if you find some where cheap
