Dry it using a hair dryer or keep it in a box with rice grains for one night

You can't fix water damage, you can only dry it out for several days and hope it didn't get damaged.

So ky iphone got wet from me taking a shower and the screen stsrted actin diffrent and then it turned gray so my imediate thought was to turn it off and turn it back on butbit wouldnt turn back on but when I put it on charge it still vibrates like i'm turning it on Please help I have alot of stuff I need on that phone
My Iphone 5 got wet. Can I take it into Apple to get fixed? The indicator did not go off. But the headphone jack is messed up and makes my music sound horrible. Also, my home button does not work. Is there anyway to maybe fix it?
My iphone 4 got wet. What can i do? So my phone fell in the toilet and i put it on rice for 24 hours but hasn't turned one. I'm on a two year contract with verizon and the contract isn't over until December. What are my options? Can i replace the phone with any other smartphone i have? IPhone 5s got wet! How can I fix it? So I did the stupidest thing ever, walking on thin ice… Even worse I had my iPhone 5s in my back pocket! And then I felt thru the ice, into the water. I took got up after 3 seconds and pulled the phone as quick as I could out of my pocket! When I got home like 7min later I dried it.
