My iphone 4 is locked out for 42 years and it won't charge past 4%?

My phone is disabled for 42 years… And it will only charge to 4% then cut out as if the charger isn't in, SOME ONE Please Help ME!

Sounds like you've got a software problem to me. I would plug it into your computer, back it up, then click the restore button on itunes.

Would you buy a new iPhone every 2 years or 4 years? Why? If your not a fan of iPhones don't answer please. And would you buy the S models if you don't already own an iPhone?
My iPhone won't charge past 5 MY iPhone 4s was fine, until tonight, mid-charge I noticed that it wasn't charging. I at first thought it was the Apple Charging chord, but when I tried a perfectly new one, it didn't work also. I'm trying to charge it using my computer, but it once again not charging. I need to know if my iPhone is damage in any way, and if so; what actions can I take in fixing my iPhone.
My iPHone 4S won't charge past 20% My iPhone will not charge past 20%, and also I have it on charge, while using it and the battery drops rapidly instead of increasing? I did take a look at the apple forums, but nothing there really helped, so Any help would be much appreciated.
IPhone won't charge past 3%? Yesterday evening my iphone suddenly started constantly restarting every couple of minutes, it didn't just turn off though, it kinda just lost power and the screen faded to black then it would come back on. It eventually randomly stopped doing this but now will not charge past 3%, it has been on charge all night and is still stuck on 3%, any idea on how I can fix this?
