My iPhone 4 screen is black, how do i fix it?
The sound and vibration still works, i just can't see anything. My phone froze, so i locked it to try and refresh it. However, my lock button is broken and i use an on screen thing to do so. Its been black for the last 8 hours, help?!
Hold the home and lock button together at the same time for 10-15 seconds and you'll see the apple logo. That will work 100% unless there's something seriously wrong. Hope i helped!
- Iphone has white screen black apple logo frozen it occasionally goes black then that screen shows up again screen went red once? I held the home and power buttons and it showed me that the battery was super low with the little red lines hasn't shown me that since now it's just frozen on black apple logo with white background and the screen flickers occasionally i've had it plugged into the wall charging for 2 hours now and still nothing should I go get it looked at by apple or do I just leave it charging longer?

So it's got a black screen with like a white "timer circle" that keeps spinning over and over again and it hasn't stopped doing this for like the past 4 hours. I've tried holding down those two buttons at the same time that people say to hold down--but nothing--the circle just keeps spinning. So I just want to know--how would you be able to fix this problem without having to hold down those 2 buttons at the same time?
