My iphone 4 won't turn on? - 2

So i dropped my iPhone 4 in water. I turned it off and ordered this product called irevive spray from irevivespray.com The product is tested to work 100% i tried it on two of my devices one of my older phones an HTC Evo 4G and my iPhone 4. I followed video tutorials exactly but it didn't work for either device. The Evo turns on but does not display an image just the lights on the bottom keys. The iPhone however doesn't make a noise at all when you plug it in nor does it display anything. I connected it to itunes and it reads it but doesn't display any info on it, it simply says error. The vibrate switch doesn't work either. Should i replace the LCD? What should i do?

Added (1). @Valerie thanks unfortunately it's been like 2 weeks already there's know more water just corrosion left behind and i already opened to try the spray and brush off the corrosion so i voided my warranty:[ i'm left unknown as to what the issue is though i don't know if i should replace the LCD or just sell it for parts:/

Same thing happened to me I was next to my pool with my iPhone 4 and splash my iPhone 4 was a goner or so I thought. I tried everything I could think of but nothing worked. That stuff you bought is junk no offense but it is a gimmick. The best thing to do is take a bag and fill it with dry uncooked rice and place it in the bag so th iPhone is completely emerged. Keep it in there and do not touch it for a week. I know this is long but trust me. Then a week later your iPhone will be working again. If it doesn't it is a goner and don't waste you time and life on it. Just so you know if will never be the same the iPhone has water sensors and ipthey will turn red so if you ever try to trade it in or get it fixed and they see that it is not good. If apple sees that they will know what happened but if you BRING IT TO THE APPLE STORE THEY WILL Help YOU BY USING SOME COMPRESSED AIR AND BOLWING OUT THE WATER AND PLUGGING IT INTO their SPECAIL COMPUTERS AND RUNNING SOME STUFF ON IT. This is what I did after I got my iPhone. It worked after that but it was never the same so I traded it in.
