My Iphone 4 won't turn on.what can I do?
Randomly when I went to check my phone it wouldn't turn on… The screen is just black… I've tried charging it with different chargers and even tried plugging it into my computer… I've called Apple but it's $35 to get help. A lot of reviews are telling me to hold my lock and home screen down for 10-30 seconds but my lock screen is jammed so that doesn't help… Please someone tell me there's SOMETHING I can do? (not including buying a new phone)
Unscrew the back of the phone and take out your battery pack. If this does not help, I think it is time to switch phones, especially if Apple charges you for help.
If you still have warranty. Take it to the local apple store, and they should check it out to see what's wrong before they charge you.
