My iphone 4s has a black screen, and isn't responding?

I tried holding the power button because I figured it needed to be charged (had like 3 percent) but it didn't respond. Any ideas on what's wrong?

  • Windows Explorer says iPhone has stopped responding or is not connected? I just jailbroke my iPhone to use PPSSPP, but when I try to go to my phone with Windows Explorer, it says the it's not working. My phone is working perfectly otherwise, and I've restarted it with no change. Anyone know what's wrong?
