My iphone 4s is broken, can it be fixed?
When changing my iphone battery, the bit of the phone the battery connects onto broke off. Now my phone won't charge at all and only works when pressure is applied to that area.
Anyone have any ideas whether this can be fixed? Considering it's broken off the phone and not the battery itself?
I'm sure it can be fixed. I would recommend you looking at using the company iPhone Surgery to get the phone fixed. I did have a look on there and it did say that for the iPhone 4S, they can fix the battery connecter. Now, I'm not sure but I think that is what you need. Either that or you can have them diagnose the fault so you can be 100% sure what the problem is. I have used the service myself to get my phone fixed when the home button on my iPod needed replacing.
So the charger broke off and is stuck inside or the port disconnected from the phone itself? Were you using a third part cable?
Call Apple and see what they will do.
- Where can I go get my iPhone fixed? It fell in the toilet. Can it be fixed? I already put it in a bowl of rice for like 60 hours & now I'm going to try to turn it on but I doubt it will turn on. So if it doesn't where can I go get it fixed?

I then bought a charger- used it whalst i was out there, but when i came back and used it the plugs blew, and my iphone stopped charging altogether. As i've changed my phone to blue, apple can now not even look at my phone for a repair as its been 'modified', so as i think the whole circuit or something in my phone is broken, how can i get it fixed?

- When apple replaces a broken iphone, do you get to keep the old broken one? The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And obviously I want to sell the old one on ebay to make a boat load.
