My iphone 4s is connected to data and Wi-Fi but it won't llow me to refresh anything on apps?

It won't let me refresh snapchat, facebook, instagram, twitter. Etc. It also will not allow me to download any apps. I deleted facebook and was going to re-download it but it wouldn't let me. I've tried hard resetting it, shutting it off and resetting the router and my phone's Wi-Fi. I've turned airplane mode on and off as well. Nothing will work. Any help?

FB and ig are down right now because of a bug so i don't know.

Hi, The Problem is - i set up a wireless network today for my Iphone 5 and my blackberry, from my main desktop at home, and all went well and Both are connected to it, as well as my laptop. But now whenever i try using the internet on these devices ( iphone etc ) it does not work, although the main desktops internet is working… Can anyone help me? I'm using WINDOWS 7.
  • Where is the refresh button on Instagram? On my android, I had a refresh button perfectly. Now, on my iPhone 4S, there's none. Not at the home screen at the top right or in my feed. Where is it?
  • Random Tweets appear when I refresh Twitter? When I refresh twitter tweets from random accounts Appear. It also leaves a little red bubble at the top left portion of the Twitter icon. I have an iPhone and it really bothers me
  • No none option in itunes store.can't refresh my payment details? I have an iphone here in pakistan. And i use to buy few apps through my visa card.buy sometimes apple would not accept my card details. Even though every things was correct. So i would select the "none" option in options and confirm. And then reenter the same card details and apple used to accept it. But now i don't find the none option for this workaround. I would appreciate alot if someone can help. My details are valid.
