My iPhone 4s wants me to activate it? I've had it for 7 months?

So my 7 month old iPhone decides to tell me that i need to activate it, and everytime i try using a connection, it says that i have to try something else, it also won't let me go to the home screen so everytime I press home, on the bottom it says Emergency call, Start over, and Wi-Fi settings, and cancel. I plugged it into my laptop and connected it to itunes and it told me that it could not be backed up or something? And now on the screen it says activation error, and won't let me go back to anything else, and it tells me that i'm not registered as a part of the iPhone developer program i checked the website and it didn't say anything about activing my phone? I don't know i'm really confused… Also about 2 or 3 weeks ago i downloaded the new iOS 7, and i'm thinking thats somthing to do with it since its not publicly out yet. Please help as soon as possible, i need it in about 4 or so hours from now, thanks!

I think it's the ios7, since it's in its beta stage, or something. It's suppose to be out in the fall. There might be glitches to the program. Try turning off the phone and restarting it.

You need to register your device's UDID as soon as possible, because Apple has deactivated your device for not having your UDID registered when using unreleased software. It's $5 to get registered on http://www.instantudid.com/ and they literally registered my 4S easily, no problems here.
