My iPhone 5 could not be restored in recovery mode?
I forgot my password and I'm trying to connect it to iTunes by using recovery mode, but it could not be restored. What's wrong?
With only this few details I don't really know what can we wrong.
Could you give us some more info of what happened to the iPhone and what kind of error it gives you?
Also try to restart the computer and iTunes and try to restore the iPhone again, it might have some kind of error and it that way it could work.

You need not to worry much if you have backed up your iPhone. Even after getting stuck in a recovery mode, you can be sure to get your iPhone data back if you have it backed up. - Iphone will not restore from recovery mode? I tried to restore my iphone via itunes but is now stuck in recovery mode. I press 'Restore' on itunes and it downloads the software (takes about half an hour!) and then nothing happens. There's no error message or anything. I've tried this several times now.
