My iPhone 5 Got Shipped To The Wrong House
My mom bought and iPhone 5 from sprint for me Sunday it got shipped out the same day i'm just now finding out it got to my house yesterday but it was delievered to the wrong house and now someone else has it… What do i need to do… I really want the one my neighbors or who ever have back because its not theirs but if that doesn't pan out what can ups and sprint do?
Contact Sprint and they will be able to contact the carrier (if they did not provide you with the tracking number) to be able to find out which address the phone went to. Then go and speak to them. Otherwise, should they not return the phone to you, Sprint can lock the phone and render it useless. Should this error have been down to the courier and not the inputting of your address incorrectly, then Sprint will claim for the loss against the courier and they should send you out a new iPhone. Otherwise if you input the address wrong, they itll be down to you to reclaim the handset.
- Will the iPhone 5 be delivered on the 21st, or shipped? Has anyone pre ordered the iphone before? If so was it delivered on the date that they said or was it shipped out that day. Basically I want to know if i pre order tomorrow, will Apple ship it out on the 21st, or acutally be at my door on the 21st?
- Why hasn't my iPhone 5 been marked as Shipped? I pre-ordered with At&t the first day & it said it would arrive the 21st. I have received one email saying my items are being proceed to be shipped, this was 3 days ago. I keep checking the site to see if they updated with a tracking number.what's going on? I haven't received an email saying it's been delayed or anything. I'm very anxious.
- Order shipped to wrong address.i need my sister to pick it up for me? I purchased an iphone7 on ebay and i updated my shipping address because i moved 2.30 hours away, but then something went wrong and i assume when i went to fix it, the old shipping address went back on there without me noticing… Now my expensive parcel is headed to a place it could get stolen. However, my sister lives in my old city and was wondering if i filled out a letter of authorization, that she could go get it for me? I'm super stressed and annoyed as i just need a phone for work.
- My Iphone 4s Headjack Port has or something wrong with it what wrong? My IPhone head jack has something in it or something wrong, because it was working fine and then the next day i plug my beats it wouldn't fully go in I had to force it and hold it down then if I let go it go out so i use my apple headphone same thing I look inside try to take it out or see it nothing happen I don't know what in it but I put the light or shine don't see nothing i use the paper clip to see if I could take it nothing there Please Help
