My iPhone 5 has a crappy battery?
I got my iPhone 5 back in October, and my battery has always died in an hour or so. From a full charge. I dropped it a month after I got it and cracked the very top of it. And when I went to Verizon to ask them, they said they wouldn't do anything because of the crack. That, that's what my problem was. Which isn't possible because my battery has always sucked since the day I got it. Now it's shutting itself off when it wants to and my lock button broke! So it shuts off and I can't turn it back on unless I plug it in! And when it turns back on it'll have like 70%.It's getting very annoying! I need advice and options!
Only thing you could do is repair the screen at a 3rd party repair shop and take it back to apple for a free replacement. Don't tell Apple you had the screen repaired though. The only issue is that the screen repairs for iPhone 5's are about $200.
My battery life is terrible and I don't know why.
