My iphone 5 screen just broke. What the best to do now?

My iphone 5 screen is cracked.
I have looked to apples fix and that is 250dl witch is high.
Ebay i can get a replacment gor 30 to 40dl but how do i now is the same quality screen?
Some said to me that apple would give me a new phone for 100dl witch i can't find anything online.

Any advise?
