My iphone 5 turns black all the time and i can't get it to work for 2 minutes?
I try clicking everything and it just won't turn on. Like i might have just left it alone for 30 seconds and i can't get the screen to turn on.
I thought iphone 5s were meant to be better than the rest…
Go to the Apple store. They will be able to fix it for you. The price for fixing though, either free for a manufacturing defect (likely that the screen or buttons aren't connect properly) or $100 if the screen is faulty (and they """know""" you damaged the phone).
You can try restoring it using the computer where you last sync it. Use itunes to restore it. If it does not work then you have to do something else.
If it's still under warranty the it would be best if you make an appoint to an Apple store to have it checked because if you are going to let others open it, it will void your warranty for sure.
- Why is it that some of the music I buy on my iPhone turns gray and doesn't work after time? My family all uses this Mac downstairs and we buy music on my dad's apple account. I bought some instalok music and other random music, downloaded onto my iPhone with other music. It all works and stuff, but then a week later or something the text changes from black to grey color and it doesn't do anything when I tap it. How can I fix this?
- My mom and i got the same phone and same plan yet her internet loads all the time and mine never does? Two iPhone 7+. Same unlimited data plan. Yet literally no matter where I'm, nothing that uses data loads unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi. Yet my mom's internet loads no matter where she is. It's even happened that we're in the same place trying to load the same thing and hers loads while mine doesn't. Yes, I have my data turned on. I've made sure all my data settings are identical to my mom's. So i really don't know what could be causing this.
- My iphone 5s went on a washing machine and it turns on and the screen too but the touch dosent work? I tried putting it in rice and drying it with a hair drier or blow drier everything works except the touch and the screen has a white strap going down and you can see the water or water stains any suggestions
- My iPhone 4 turns off all the time whatever battery percentage? My iPhone 4 turns off every day, I took it to the apple shop and they said they screwed the battery back in properly as they said part of it was bent, but they didn't do anything else this was quite a while ago now it is constantly turning off and I have to press it in at the back for it to come back on, and when I release my finger it turns off. Any suggestions as to what i could do?
